Nalia Skin was born not out of a gap in the market, but a gap in how skincare made you FEEL. I was so bored of all skincare for my age range being so clinical, boring, ritualistic. Where did the fun go?
After I had my daughter I went through some really dark times. And one of the things that got me out of bed every day was completing my skincare routine. But still, it was so dull. It's like I turned mid-30s and then everything had to be navy blue and white.
So in an effort to let my own inner child free, I wanted to create skincare that was fun. Skincare that brought the joy. Colourful, simple, smelt great, a pleasure to use. And to back that up, I worked with leading formulators to make sure the products had amazing ingredients; some botanicals from my home countries, and some clinically-proven – so that it brought the joy, yes, but did the job too.
Who said skincare had to be boring? Not me.
