Cancellation policy

SUBSCRIBE & SAVE

Subscribe & Save is available on our single products and the Dewy Duo. You save
10% on every order, including your first.

How often you're charged. Single products are sent every 30 days. The Dewy Duo
is sent every 60 days. You'll receive an email before each order is processed.

Skipping an order. You can skip any upcoming order from your account at any
time, up until it's processed. Skipping doesn't cancel your subscription — the
one after it goes ahead as normal.

Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from your account. No minimum number of
orders, no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops all future orders; anything
already processed will still be delivered.

Changing how often you're sent things. Email hello@naliacosmetics.com.au and
we'll change the interval for you.

Your payment and delivery details. You can update your payment method and
delivery address yourself in your account.

Prices. If the price of a subscribed product changes, we'll tell you before your
next order. Your 10% discount continues to apply.

Returns. Subscription orders are covered by the same returns policy as
everything else.
