Shipping policy

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Free standard shipping on orders over $100. Under that, shipping is calculated
at checkout. Express Post is available at checkout if you're in a hurry.

Australia Post's published guides are 2 to 6 days standard and 1 to 3 days
express. Those are their estimates, not our promises.

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping is calculated at checkout and sent via Australia Post standard.
Delivery times vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the
responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY

Some couriers require a signature. If you ask for a parcel to be left
unattended, that's at your own risk — once it's delivered to your nominated
address we can't take responsibility for damage or theft. If your address isn't
secure, send it to a work address, and include the level and company name if
it's a multi-storey building.

If an address is incomplete or incorrect, we can redeliver, but there'll be a
new delivery charge.
