This site is owned and operated by Nalia Pty Ltd, ABN 43 637 675 300, trading as
Nalia Skin ("Nalia Skin", "we", "us", "our"). These terms, together with our
Privacy Policy, apply to everyone who visits, subscribes to or buys from this
site.

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

By using this site, our social media channels, or anything we make available
through them, you accept these terms.

AGE

By using this site or buying from us you confirm you are over 18 and can enter a
legally binding contract.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may change these terms at any time, consistent with applicable law. Changes
take effect when we post the revised version here. Please check before you buy.
Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

OUR CONTENT

This site and our products contain intellectual property owned by us or licensed
to us — trademarks, copyright, designs, the Nalia name and logo, images, text,
video, audio, graphics and software.

Using the site doesn't transfer any of that to you. Don't copy, republish,
distribute, sell or create derivative works from it without our written consent.

If you'd like to use something of ours, email us. The answer is often yes.

LINKS TO OTHER SITES

We sometimes link to sites operated by other people. We don't endorse or control
them and we're not responsible for what's on them.

PRIVACY

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and sets out how we handle your
personal information. By using this site you consent to that handling, and you
warrant that the information you give us is accurate.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You may create an account to order and use some features. Give us accurate
information and keep it up to date. You're responsible for what happens on your
account, so keep your password secure.

We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these terms or the law.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.

Prices can change without notice. You pay the price shown at the time your order
is placed.

We may modify or discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel your order
because a product is discontinued or out of stock, we'll refund you in full.

Only one discount code per order. Codes can't be combined with other offers
unless we say so.

We accept credit card and the other payment methods shown at checkout. If you pay
by card you warrant you're entitled to use it. We may cancel any order where we
suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some products are available on a recurring subscription.

By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at the frequency
shown when you subscribe, until you cancel.

We'll email you before each order is processed.

You can skip an upcoming order or cancel at any time from your account. There's
no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops future
orders; anything already processed will still be delivered.

To change how often you're sent things, email us and we'll do it for you.

If the price of a subscribed product changes, we'll tell you before your next
order.

Our Subscription Policy sets out the full detail and forms part of these terms.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Thirty days to change your mind. Email hello@naliacosmetics.com.au within thirty
days of receiving your order with your name, order number and which products
you'd like refunded.

Refunds go to your original payment method. Allow up to seven days for
processing, plus a few days for your bank. Shipping costs are not refunded.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, email us with your order number and a
photo and we'll send a replacement.

Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come
with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including a right to a replacement or
refund for a major failure.

SHIPPING

Free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $100. Below that,
shipping is calculated at checkout. Express Post is available at checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout and sent via Australia Post
standard. Customs duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guarantees.

If you ask for a parcel to be left unattended, that's at your own risk. Once
delivered to your nominated address we can't take responsibility for damage or
theft.

ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT

Anything you accept or agree to electronically on this site is binding, and
clicking "I agree", "Accept" or "Buy" has the same effect as signing by hand.

INFORMATION AND ADVICE

Content on this site, including blog articles, is general information only. It is
not professional or medical advice and doesn't replace it.

We're not licensed health professionals and can't be held liable for reliance on
information we publish.

We don't accept responsibility for deciding whether our products suit you.

OUR PRODUCTS

Nalia products are cosmetics. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended
to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Statements we make about them
have not been assessed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration or any other
regulator.

Please read the ingredients before you buy if you have known sensitivities, and
speak to a doctor or dermatologist about anything to do with your health.

We do our best to show product colours accurately, but they may look different on
your device.

Use our products as directed on the packaging. Use outside those directions is at
your own risk.

Products are for personal use. Don't resell them.

REVIEWS AND CONTENT YOU SUBMIT

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you confirm that you own it or
have the right to use it, you give us permission to publish it, you waive your
moral rights in it under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), it doesn't breach these
terms, and you're over 18.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, obscene, attacks someone,
discloses personal information, or is irrelevant.

Reviews and guest content represent the views of whoever wrote them, not ours.

COMPETITIONS

We sometimes run competitions. Entering one is subject to these terms and to the
specific terms of that competition.

TESTIMONIALS

Where we show people's experiences with our products, those are individual
results shown for illustration. They aren't a promise that you'll get the same
outcome.

WHAT YOU MUST NOT DO

Don't use this site for anything unlawful, to encourage unlawful acts, to breach
any law, to interfere with or deface the site, to hack or corrupt data, to
infringe anyone's rights, to send spam, or to affect the site's performance.

DISCLAIMERS

This site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law
allows, we make no warranty that it is reliable, complete, secure, accurate, fit
for a particular purpose, free of harmful components, or that data will never be
lost.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or expense
arising from your use of this site or our products, including loss of use, data,
income, profit or property, or claims by third parties.

Our liability for breach of any condition or warranty is limited to the extent
allowed by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and
Consumer Act 2010).

INDEMNITY

To the fullest extent the law allows, you indemnify us and our people against any
loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from
your use of this site in breach of these terms, your breach of these terms or
your warranties, or your breach of any law or third party rights.

ENDING THIS AGREEMENT

These terms end if you breach them, or at any time by us without notice. All
disclaimers and liability limits survive.

IF PART OF THIS DOESN'T HOLD

If a court finds any provision unlawful, that provision is read down as far as
necessary and the rest stays in force.

CLOSING THE SITE

We may discontinue the site at any time, without notice, and may exclude anyone
from using it. We're not liable for any loss arising from that.

TRANSFERRING THIS AGREEMENT

We may assign or subcontract our rights and obligations without notice. You may
not.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These terms, with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns and Subscription Policy,
are the whole agreement between us about your use of this site, and replace
anything said before.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If there's a
dispute, contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If we can't, you agree to
the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
