Win Your Cart: Terms
These are the terms for the Nalia Win Your Cart draw. Entering means you agree to them.
THE SHORT VERSION
- Pop your email in on naliaskin.com and you're in the draw. No purchase necessary.
- One winner every Wednesday, starting the first Wednesday after entries open.
- The winner picks Nalia products up to $165 and we post them free.
- Enter once and you're in every draw left, until you win.
1. WHO RUNS IT
The promoter is Nalia Pty Ltd (ABN 43 637 675 300), trading as Nalia Skin, 15/412 St Kilda Road, Melbourne VIC 3004. Email hello@naliacosmetics.com.au or call (03) 9014 9433.
2. WHO CAN ENTER
Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Nalia Pty Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running the draw can't enter.
3. HOW TO ENTER
Enter your email address in the Win Your Cart form on naliaskin.com while the promotion is open. No purchase is necessary, and buying something won't increase your chances.
One entry per person. Entering more than once, or using more than one email address, won't give you extra entries, and we may remove entries that do this.
By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from Nalia. You can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing doesn't remove your entry.
4. PROMOTION PERIOD
Entries open on the day this promotion goes live on naliaskin.com. We'll post the closing date on this page at least 7 days before the final draw.
5. THE DRAWS
One winner is drawn every Wednesday at 12:00pm Melbourne time by random computer selection, starting the first Wednesday after entries open.
Each draw includes every valid entry received by 11:59pm Melbourne time on the Tuesday before it. Your entry stays in every later draw until the promotion ends, unless you win.
Each person can win once. Once you've won, your entry is removed from later draws.
6. THE PRIZE
Each winner chooses Nalia products from naliaskin.com up to a total of $165 (recommended retail price, including GST). We post them free within Australia.
The prize is claimed in one order. Any value not used is forfeited. The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred to someone else. If a product is out of stock, the winner can choose another.
7. WINNERS
We'll email each winner at the address they entered with, by 6:00pm Melbourne time on the day of the draw. To claim, the winner replies within 14 days with their product choices and delivery address. We may ask for ID to confirm age and residency.
If a winner doesn't claim within 14 days, or isn't eligible, we'll redraw at 12:00pm Melbourne time on the next Wednesday after the 14 days end, and contact the new winner the same way.
8. EVERYONE ELSE
If you don't win in a week, we may send you a discount code. It's separate from the draw and doesn't change your chances.
9. YOUR DETAILS
We collect your email address to run the draw and to send you Nalia emails. We handle it under our Privacy Policy.
10. THE FINE PRINT
We can disqualify entries that break these terms or try to game the draw. If something outside our control stops the draw running fairly, such as a technical failure or fraud, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any directions from the relevant state authorities.
To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for lost or late entries, or for any loss from taking part, except where it's caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
