2019, but we had a big makeover and relaunched in 2025.

All of our products are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia. Combining local botanicals with modern skincare science.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If you change your mind, let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping.
Can I return or get a refund if I've already received my order?
We want you to love your Nalia products. Unopened items can be returned for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable if the order has already been processed.
Never! No fur-friends have been harmed in the process of creating Nalia products.
Why use native ingredients?
After extensive research and development in the lab, sourcing and choosing the highest quality native extracts, we found out that the best is actually in our own backyard! Our Cambodian/Australian heritage is what makes Nalia truly unique.

Is Nalia Skin suitable for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated with natural, gentle ingredients and are suitable for sensitive skin. For extra caution, we recommend a patch test before applying to your face.
What about oily, acne-prone, or dry skin?
Nalia is designed for all skin types, with a particular focus on young adult skin.
Can I use Nalia if I'm pregnant?
Yes. Our formulas are free from harmful ingredients and safe for both you and your baby.
What's the expiry date?
For best results, use your Nalia products within six months of opening.
