Purchasing & Shipping

If you change your mind, let us know as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping.

Thirty days to change your mind. If it isn't working, tell us. We'd rather sort it than have it sit in your cupboard. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Nalia suits all skin types. The Cleanser is formulated specifically for sensitive skin, and the Dewy Duo is best on congested, dull or dehydrated skin.

Yes. Our formulas are free from harmful ingredients and safe for both you and your baby.

For best results, use your Nalia products within six months of opening.

It depends which step, and on how much you use. The Cleanser and Moisturiser tend to run out before the Serum and Toner. That is why the singles are on subscribe and save.
