Prize Details
The major prize (prize) has a recommended retail price (RRP) of $700 and includes:

  • A two-night midweek stay at Bannisters Pavilion (Mollymook) only
  • Continental breakfast each morning
  • 4-Steps to Skin Joy Kit Box & Dewy Duo

Please note

  • Prize is not valid for Friday or Saturday night stays
  • Prize is subject to availability and must be used within 12 months of issue
  • Not valid during public or school holidays or peak periods
  • Prize cannot be extended past the expiry date
  • Prize must be booked in accordance with Bannisters’ standard 7-day cancellation policy

Eligibility
Entrants (including the winner) must be 18 years or older. If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.

Conditions of Prize

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash
  • Any attempt to resell or auction the prize will result in cancellation
  • The prize cannot be exchanged for another prize
  • The actual prize may differ from promotional images
  • If the winner does not take an element of the prize during the specified period, that element will be forfeited, with no cash or alternative offered
  • If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute it with an item of equal value, subject to regulatory guidance
  • The prize cannot be gifted to another person if the winner is unable to travel
  • If the winner cannot complete all components of the itinerary within the validity period, the remaining components will be forfeited

Booking Terms

  • Prize winner must comply with Bannisters’ booking terms and conditions or risk forfeiting the prizeThe prize winner may make one (1) date change, at least 30 days before the original booking, provided the new dates (of equal value) are available
  • Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before arrival. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours, a medical certificate must be provided in the case of serious illness or injury, or the prize will be forfeited
  • This prize can only be redeemed at Bannisters Pavilion (Mollymook) and will not be accepted at Bannisters by the Sea or Bannisters Port Stephens

Publicity and Media Use
By entering, entrants consent to Nalia Skincare and Bannisters using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photography or recordings) in promotional materials indefinitely, without compensation.
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to assign all rights in any content created during the experience to the Promoters for marketing and promotional use.

Liability
By entering this competition, entrants release and indemnify Nalia Skincare and Bannisters Pavilion (Mollymook) (and their staff, officers, and agents) from any claim or liability resulting from participation in the competition, use of the prize, or failure to win, to the extent permitted by law.

All orders with pre-order items will be shipped together.
