The Luminous Toner is Step 2 — the bridge between cleansing and treating. After your Cleanser (Step 1) removes the surface, the Toner removes what's left, rebalances your skin's pH, and preps the canvas so your Serum (Step 3) absorbs deeper and your Moisturiser (Step 4) can seal it all in effectively.

Apply morning and night to freshly cleansed skin with palms or a cotton pad. Swipe gently down the neck — don't stop at the jaw. No rinsing required. Can also double as a gentle eye makeup remover.
